Implantation Signs: This is a sign that most Trying to Conceive women look for. It’s the proof before the proof. When we start looking for pregnancy symptoms, this is the first one that we look for. However, if you are trying to conceive, do not give up if you don’t experience this symptom because only about 1/3 of women will have implantation bleeding.

What is implantation bleeding?

Implantation is what happens when the sperm and egg have already met. When the fertilized egg arrives in the uterus it implants itself into the lining of the uterus, this is called Implantation. When this occurs, the lining of the uterus bleeds a small amount and some women will experience implantation symptoms such as, slight cramping and spotting. This usually happens between 6 – 10 days after ovulation, usually about one week before your regular period is due. It will be unlike a period in that it will be only a small amount of brownish or pinkish blood.
